Declaration of Conformity REACH:
We are a so-called "downstream user" within the meaning of the REACH regulation, as we neither manufacture nor import chemicals.
The sponge cloths we sell are preparations that did not have to be pre-registered by us.
We are therefore not subject to any registration obligations under REACH or the obligation to create safety data sheets.
In addition, to the best of our knowledge, based on information from our suppliers, our products do not currently contain any substances above 0.1% by mass that are included in the so-called "candidate list" in accordance with Article 59 (1, 10) of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/ 2006 (“REACH”).
In order to secure the supply chain and in the interest of maximum product safety, we also require and follow the implementation of REACH on the part of our suppliers. The assurance of REACH conformity is part of our supplier qualification.
